Job summary

HEI Hotels and Resorts is seeking a service-oriented team member to assist the Outlet Manager in planning and managing Restaurant, Room Service, and other food and beverage outlets. The role focuses on maintaining high service standards, regulatory compliance, and achieving financial goals.

Responsibilities include supervising servers, coordinating sidework, ensuring cleanliness, training staff, and communicating effectively with the restaurant manager.

Qualifications

• Experience in hotel Food & Beverage operations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to supervise and motivate a service team within a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Monitor servers and busperson adherence to service standards.
• Supervise guest service and respond to guest needs promptly.
• Assist outlet manager in assigning and checking sidework duties.
• Read daily shift communications and prepare for the next shift.
• Verify floor plan coverage and overall餐厅 cleanliness and setup.
• Ensure liquor policies are followed per state and corporate guidelines.
• Communicate daily with outlet/restaurant manager about events and counts.
• Assist in menu tastings and staff training sessions.
• Provide clear written and verbal directions to staff.
• Adhere to attendance rules and be available for regular shifts.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
