JOEY Restaurants is seeking a Bar Manager to lead a high-performing bar team and drive quarterly strategic plans while upholding top standards of product, profit, environment, and guest experience.

You will recruit, coach, and develop staff, manage inventory and costs, and ensure guest satisfaction in a fast-paced, multi-million-dollar operation. Join us for growth, training, and a culture of People Development.

Qualifications

• 1-3+ years leadership experience.
• Must have or be able to obtain valid local and/or state Food Handler and Alcohol Server/Seller permits.
• Passion for hospitality and proven track record of creating world-class experiences.
• Thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment.
• Able to walk/stand for prolonged periods; lift up to 50lbs.

Responsabilités

• Foster a cohesive and collaborative team environment through exemplary leadership.
• Provide guests with friendly and attentive service throughout their dining experience.
• Impact timeless and pristine environment standards on the bar.
• Exude professionalism and genuine warmth and care towards partners, guests, vendors, etc.
• Resolve service issues and guest complaints with urgency and good judgment.
• Assist with managing store sales, budgets, cost of goods, and labor.
• Manage bar inventory levels and weekly inventory routine.
• Supervise and guide service and experience standards and provide coaching.
• Build sales opportunities and positive guest experiences.
• Fulfill recruitment needs and retain your team.
• Support training and development of technical knowledge and execution.
• Communicate weekly liquor/wine/beer focus to service teams.
• Support health and safety standards and risk mitigation.
• Advocate a safe workplace through policies and employee relations.
