JOEY Restaurants in Dallas is seeking a Bar Manager to lead and develop a high-performing bar team within a multi-million-dollar restaurant. You will attract, retain, and coach talent while driving quarterly strategic plans to uphold top-tier product, profit, environment, and guest experience.

You will guide service standards, build guest loyalty, manage inventory, and ensure health and safety across the bar. This role requires 1–3+ years of leadership in hospitality and valid local permits.

Qualifications

• 1-3+ years leadership experience
• Must have or be able to obtain valid local and/or state Food Handler and Alcohol Server/Seller permits
• Passion for hospitality and a proven track record of creating world-class experiences

Responsabilités

• Lead and develop the bar team with a focus on hospitality quality.
