You will recruit, train, coach, and empower the team, ensuring adherence to safety and service standards.

Qualifications

• 1–3+ years in a leadership role in hospitality.
• Valid local/state Food Handler and Alcohol Server/Seller permits or ability to obtain.
• A track record of delivering high hospitality standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead a high-performing team and foster a collaborative culture.
• Deliver friendly, attentive guest service and uphold hospitality standards.
• Address issues and guest concerns with urgency and poise.
