JOEY Restaurants in Houston, TX is seeking a Restaurant Manager to lead a multi-million-dollar operation and develop a high-performing team. You will recruit, train, and coach staff while driving quarterly goals, restaurant standards, and guest satisfaction.

You will manage budgets, labor, and inventory, ensure compliance with safety and alcohol service, and foster a culture of growth and opportunity across the unit.

Qualifications

• 1-3+ years leadership experience (If you have high potential but less experience, we still want to meet you!).
• Must have or be able to obtain valid local and/or state Food Handler and Alcohol Server/Seller permits.
• Passion for hospitality and a proven track record of creating world-class experiences.

Responsibilities

• Foster a cohesive and collaborative team environment through exemplary leadership.
• Provide guests with friendly and attentive service throughout their dining experience.
• Resolve service issues and guest complaints with urgency and good judgment.
• Assist with managing store sales, budgets, cost of goods, and labor.
• Supervise and coach service and experience standards and provide coaching as needed.
• Build sales opportunities and positive guest experiences.
• Fulfill recruitment needs and retain your team.
• Support training and development of technical knowledge and execution.
• Communicate daily focus and feedback to service and kitchen teams.
• Follow all food and alcohol service and safety procedures.
