JOEY Restaurants in Dallas is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead a multi-million-dollar restaurant and its people. You will recruit, develop, and coach a high-performing team while driving quarterly strategic goals that uphold superior product, profit, environment, and guest experience.

You will mentor service and kitchen teams, manage budgets, and deliver consistent, world-class hospitality. A dynamic, fast-paced setting offers growth and recognition opportunities.

Qualifications

• 1-3+ years leadership experience (If you have high potential but less experience, we still want to meet you!).
• Passion for hospitality and a proven track record of creating world-class experiences.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Foster a cohesive and collaborative team through exemplary leadership.
• Provide guests with friendly, attentive service throughout their dining experience.
• Resolve issues and guest complaints with urgency and good judgment.
• Assist with managing store sales, budgets, cost of goods, and labor.
