Brothers Bar & Grill in Music Row, Nashville, seeks a General Manager to lead our newest location opening late September. The GM will oversee all bar & grill operations and ensure fantastic guest experiences while guiding a local team.

This is a growth-focused role with a 24/7 support network and robust training. Ideal candidates bring bartending/serving experience, strong organizational skills, and a drive to succeed in a rapidly expanding company.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Previous bartending and/or serving experiences.
• Outstanding organization and time management skills.
• Highly motivated for success.
• Engaging personality and ability to lead by example.
• Desire to grow with a rapidly expanding company, currently located in 10 states.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Oversee bar & grill operations and guest experiences.
• Hire, train, schedule, and manage staff.
• Control inventory and labor to ensure efficiency and profitability.
