Salary is $54,000–$56,000 per year. Travel to current locations for training on brand menu items and procedures is required; benefits include paid vacation, Health Insurance, Dental Insurance, Vision Insurance, and 401K.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years kitchen management or supervision experience required
• Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office, Excel, POS systems and inventory software
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Detail oriented with strong time management

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of kitchen operations
• Hire, train, schedule and manage kitchen staff
• Monitor inventory, purchasing and cost controls
