Job summary

Holiday Inn Club Vacations Incorporated in Kissimmee, FL is seeking an Assistant Manager - Food & Beverage to lead daily F&B operations across outlets, ensuring service quality, brand standards and safety. You will hire, train, coach, schedule, and develop team members while partnering with leadership on budgets, inventory, and vendor performance.

Open availability including weekends and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Food & Beverage management or supervisory experience.
• Hands-on experience with bar and beverage operations, including liquor, pour standards and inventory.
• Experience with beverage/menu creation and revenue-generating initiatives.
• Financial experience including budgets, inventory, cost control and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations of F&B outlets, ensuring service, quality, safety and brand standards.
• Hire, train, coach, schedule and develop team members; foster engaging culture.
• Oversee bar and beverage operations, costs, inventory and events.
• Partner with leadership on staffing, budgeting, inventory, vendor performance and achieving financial goals.
• Use guest feedback and results to identify opportunities for improvement.
