Job summary

Holiday Inn Club Vacations is seeking an Assistant Manager of Engineering at Orange Lake Resort in Kissimmee, FL. The role oversees guest unit maintenance, facilities maintenance, grounds, fleet and laundry operations to ensure safe, high-quality assets and guest experiences.

The position emphasizes leadership, budget awareness, vendor management and adherence to safety policies, with a focus on continuous improvement in guest satisfaction and asset lifetime.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• College degree or trade training in the engineering discipline preferred.
• 2 years hospitality maintenance engineering technician experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop PDPs, evaluate and coach maintenance technicians and grounds personnel.
• Analyze staffing, targets and resources to achieve results; assist with engagement plans and succession planning.
• Demonstrate Brandhearted leadership; seek guest feedback to improve satisfaction and resolve issues.
