Job summary

Holiday Inn Club Vacations Incorporated at Orange Lake Resort in Kissimmee, Florida is seeking friendly, guest‑focused team members. The role involves taking food and beverage orders, crafting cocktails and beverages, and delivering courteous, timely service to owners and guests.

You will input orders into the POS system, prepare itemized checks, process payments, and upsell menu items. Applicants should have a high school diploma or GED, cash-handling experience, and strong English

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED preferred.
Cash-handling experience preferred.
Customer service and/or food & beverage experience required.
Serve Safe, TIPS, or other applicable state alcohol certification required.

Responsibilities

Take food and beverage orders, craft cocktails and beverages, and provide courteous, timely service to guests.
Input orders into the POS system and prepare itemized checks, including tax; present checks and process payments.
Serve food and beverages, check back for guest satisfaction, and address issues with urgency and professionalism.
Pre-bus tables and perform pre-shift and post-shift side work as directed by the manager.
