Job summary

Table Mountain Casino Inc. seeks an experienced bartender to deliver exceptional guest service at the casino bar and dining areas. You will take drink orders, prepare cocktails, and ensure accurate transactions while maintaining a clean and compliant service station.

The role requires at least two years in food/beverage or hospitality, with a minimum of one year bartending experience. Certifications in ABC and RBS are required, and prior POS experience is essential.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED required; two years in food/beverage or hospitality preferred.
One year of bartending experience required; ABC server training per policy.
Must obtain ABC liquor server certification and Responsible Beverage Service (RBS) certification.

Responsibilities

Greet customers and create a friendly atmosphere at the bar and dining area.
Take and relay drink orders promptly; recite call and premium brands as requested.
Prepare cocktails and beverages accurately according to recipes and ABC requirements.
Enter orders, generate checks, and ensure accurate cash and tip handling.
Maintain bar cleanliness, stock, and safety; balance house bank at shift start/end.
Monitor guest ages and ensure responsible alcohol service.
