Table Mountain Casino Resort in California is seeking an experienced bartender to take guest orders, serve beverages, and deliver food and merchandise with efficiency and courtesy. You will manage orders at the POS, handle payments, and maintain bar cleanliness while upholding ABC regulations.

The role requires 2+ years in F&B or hospitality, a valid ABC/RBS certification, and the ability to pass screening and licensing checks.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Two years of experience in food/beverage or hospitality preferred.
• Bartending experience and ABC/RBS certifications strongly preferred.
• Must pass pre-employment drug/alcohol screen and background check.

Responsabilidades

• Promotes positive customer relations, greets customers and creates a friendly atmosphere.
• Promotes and documents beverage orders, recites call and premium brands, takes orders promptly.
• Inspects menus and ensures guest access to specials and cards.
• Prepare food and beverages using standard recipes and prep sheets.
• Prepare and serve cocktails and beverages accurately with ABC compliance.
• Input orders in POS, create checks, and manage cash and tips per policy.
• Maintain clean bar area; stock and organize supplies; assist in displays.
