Table Mountain Casino Inc. in Friant, California seeks an experienced bartender to deliver exceptional guest service, prepare cocktails, and manage beverage service per applicable regulations.

You will take orders, process payments, and maintain a clean, organized bar area while ensuring compliance with ABC and RBS standards. Ideal candidates have at least two years in hospitality, one year bartending, and a strong focus on accuracy, service speed, and cash handling in a fast-paced casino

Competenze

• High School Diploma or GED required unless waived by HR.
• Minimum of two years in food/beverage or hospitality.
• One year bartending experience required unless waived by hiring manager.
• ABC certificate of safe alcohol server training required.
• Required to have and obtain Responsible Beverage Service (RBS) Certification.
• Must pass pre-employment drug/alcohol screen, background check and gaming license.

Mansioni

• Greet customers and create a friendly atmosphere.
• Take drink orders and prepare beverages per customer specifications.
• Input orders into POS and create checks; maintain accuracy.
• Prepare and serve cocktails and beverages accurately with ABC compliance.
• Maintain bar setup, cleanliness, and inventory per standards.
• Check IDs and ensure responsible alcohol service.
• Balance cash and ensure tips are accounted for; handle cash transactions.
