Job summary

Table Mountain Casino Inc. is seeking a Bartender to assist the bar team, greet guests, prepare drinks, and ensure compliance with alcohol service regulations. You will stock supplies, maintain a clean bar, and handle orders and payments at the POS with accuracy.

The role requires excellent interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and the ability to pass a pre-employment screen and obtain gaming-related credentials. This is an on-site position with shift flexibility.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; RBS certification required.
• Excellent interpersonal communication and guest service skills.
• Able to pass pre-employment drug/alcohol screen and background check.
• Knowledge of POS systems and basic math is expected.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and create a friendly atmosphere.
• Fill ice for wells and prepare fruit trays; garnish drinks.
• Restock bar with beer, liquor, wine, glassware and juices.
• Check draught beers and change kegs as needed.
• Prepare and serve cocktails and beverages to customer specs.
• Input orders at POS and maintain beverage accountability.
• Present accurate checks and thank guests for visiting.
• Keep bar clean, set up properly, and wash glassware.
• Respond to customer questions in a professional manner.
• Attend scheduled staff meetings and follow alcohol service guidelines.
