Strategic Group in Cleveland, OH is seeking an Activation to Impact Specialist to drive brand growth across 45–50 bars/restaurants in the market. You will educate staff, merchandise, and create engaging consumer experiences to elevate High Noon and Lucky One.

You will build trade relationships, install POS materials, manage hosted tastings, report market trends, and collaborate with agency and distributor teams to optimize programs.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree required; 1 year in marketing, sales, or related field preferred.
• Strong knowledge of local market, accounts, and consumer dynamics.
• Willingness to travel up to 10% and maintain valid driver’s license.

Responsabilidades

• Educate bartenders and servers on High Noon and Lucky One differentiators.
• Build relationships with bar staff and managers to support brand visibility.
• Install and maintain POS materials, ensuring flagship placements and clean merchandising.
• Document market conditions and report insights to leadership for program optimization.
