Strategic Group, a full-scale marketing agency, seeks an Activation to Impact Specialist in Austin, TX. You will drive brand growth by educating bar staff, merchandising, and engaging consumers across 45-50 venues.

You’ll manage promos, host tastings, and relay market insights to leadership, shaping regional strategies while maintaining high standards of professionalism and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree plus 1 year in marketing or sales related to Alcohol Beverage, Hospitality, Culinary, or Agency.
• Strong understanding of the local market, key accounts, and consumer dynamics.
• Demonstrated passion for arts, building brands, and innovative consumer experiences.
• Valid driver’s license, safe driving record, and reliable vehicle.
• Must be 21 years of age or older and able to obtain any required local or state liquor license.
• Willingness to travel up to 10% of the time for training/meetings, plus mandatory local market travel.

Responsibilities

• Educate bartenders and servers about High Noon and Lucky One.
• Install branded POS and ensure visibility and proper placement in accounts.
• Manage hosted tastings and consumer sampling activations.
• Build relationships with staff and accounts to drive brand presence and sales.
• Document market conditions and provide insights to leadership for program optimization.
