Job summary

Strategic Group is seeking an Activation to Impact Specialist for Austin, TX. You will drive brand growth across 45–50 bars/restaurants by merchandising, educating staff, and engaging consumers to boost High Noon and Lucky One visibility.

You will conduct hosted tastings, tell brand stories, recruit new fans, and manage promotional activities while reporting market insights to leadership. A 1-year marketing/sales background and travel readiness are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree plus 1 year experience in marketing or sales related to Alcohol Beverage, Hospitality, or Agency.
• Strong understanding of local market, consumer dynamics, and brand storytelling.
• Valid driver’s license, safe driving record, and willingness to travel.
• Must be 21+ and able to obtain local liquor license where required.

Responsibilities

• Bar staff education and training to promote High Noon and Lucky One.
• Branding & visibility through merchandising, POS, and prime placement.
• Hosted tastings, brand storytelling, and consumer recruitment.
