Job summary

Strategic Group is seeking an Activation to Impact Specialist in Cleveland, OH to grow brand presence for High Noon and Lucky One in a 45–50 bar/restaurant territory. You will educate staff, install and refresh point-of-sale materials, and build relationships with accounts to drive trial and sales.

The role emphasizes campus-level and on-premise activations, hosted tastings, and storytelling to engage consumers, with travel required within the territory and a focus on delivering measurable brand

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree plus 1 year experience in a marketing or sales role relevant to Alcohol Beverage, Hospitality, Culinary, or Agency.
• Strong understanding of the local market, key accounts, and consumer dynamics.
• Demonstrated passion and curiosity for arts, building brands, and innovative consumer experiences.

Responsibilities

• 1. Bar staff education & training: teach bartenders and servers about High Noon and Lucky One; build staff confidence and product knowledge.
• 2. Branding & visibility: install POS items, ensure brand visibility, keep merchandising materials in good condition.
• 4. Market intelligence & field reporting: document market conditions, monitor competitors, provide strategic feedback to optimize programs.
