Qualifications

• Must complete MA State Gaming Commission license process before starting.
• Neat and professional appearance; strong customer communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Greeting guests with a welcoming smile and fast, friendly service.
• Assisting bartenders in all aspects of the guest experience.
• Assisting guests regarding menu items in an informative and helpful way.
• Communicating guest needs to bartenders or servers when applicable.
• Cleaning all glassware and bar tools as necessary.
• Keeping work space and bar area clean and organized.
• Maintaining a well-stocked bar for all levels of service.
• Monitor guest alcohol consumption and intervene per guidelines.
• Promote Big Night Entertainment Group positively and professionally.
• Collaborate effectively with bar backs, servers, bartenders and management.
• Other duties as assigned.
