Job summary

Augustine Gaming Management Corporation is seeking a Barback to support bartenders, maintain stock, and ensure a clean, efficient bar area in a casino setting. You will assist with drink preparation, restock supplies, and cover shifts as needed.

Ideal candidates have at least 6 months’ barback or related F&B experience, solid English communication, and current Food Handlers and RBS certifications. The role requires punctuality, team coordination, and the ability to work in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months’ experience as Barback or similar in F&B.
• Ability to read, write and communicate verbally in English.
• Food Handlers Card and Responsible Beverage Service certifications are required.
• High School Diploma/GED or relevant experience in related field.
• Must pass pre-employment drug screening and background check.

Responsibilities

• Provides excellent Guest Service.
• Adhere to all ABC regulations.
• Ensures cleanliness of the operation and adherence to all State and Federal health codes.
• Report to Bartender on duty at scheduled bar.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of bar.
• Prepare all mixes and garnishes.
• Stock all glassware, condiments, beer, paper products and other items for efficient operation.
• Assist Bartender in preparation of drinks as necessary.
• Fill in for Bartender’s breaks as necessary.
