Qualifications

• At least 1 year previous experience in a fast-paced bar/restaurant.
• A neat and professional appearance.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a welcoming smile and provide fast, friendly service.
• Fill water glasses and provide utensils and tableware.
• Transport food from the kitchen to the correct table.
• Assist servers in all aspects of the guest experience.
• Clear and reset tables in a timely manner.
• Inform guests about menu items and recommendations.
• Monitor guest alcohol consumption and intervene as needed per company guidelines.
• Promote Big Night Entertainment Group in a positive and professional manner.
• Collaborate with support staff, servers, bartenders, hosts and management.
• Maintain a clean and stocked work area.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
