Job summary

Big Night Entertainment Group in Everett, MA is seeking a dedicated bar back to support fast-paced service and guest satisfaction. You will assist bartenders, stock and maintain a clean bar area, and ensure smooth service during busy shifts.

Qualifications

Requirements

This job might be for you if you demonstrate the following abilities and meet the following qualifications:

• At least 1 year of direct bar back experience in a high-volume, upscale food and beverage and/or club environment required
• Current TIPS Certification is a plus and will be required if offered the position
• Must be able to pass Big Night Entertainment Group's requirements in regards to legal background check
• Must have the ability to complete the process for the Massachusetts State Gaming Commission license prior to starting
• A neat and professional appearance
• Ability to communicate effectively and accurately with customers, the public and co-workers
• Ability to demonstrate teamwork with other staff members
