Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a high-end, fast-paced environment.
• Fluent in reading, writing and speaking English.

Responsibilities

• Restock and replenish bar inventory before, during, and after shifts.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and surfaces.
• Assist bartenders with garnishes, syrups, and cocktail batch preparations; deliver drinks efficiently.
• Handle deliveries, monitor stock levels, and ensure proper rotation and storage of supplies.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations to maintain a safe, sanitary environment.
• Actively participate in team communication, training sessions, and meetings.
