Job Description

Responsible for filling and maintaining ice wells for bartenders, restocking beer and liquor as needed, and changing kegs. Bar backs are also responsible for prepping, storing, rotating, and stocking all garnishes for the bartenders. Bar backs should proactively monitor inventory levels and ensure that the bar is well-stocked without needing to be asked, demonstrating awareness of what's on hand and what's needed before supplies run out.
