Job Description

Responsible for filling and maintaining ice wells for bartenders, restocking beer and liquor as needed, as well as changing kegs. Bar backs are also responsible for prepping, storing, rotating, and stocking all garnishes for the bartenders. Bar backs should proactively monitor inventory levels, ensuring that supplies are replenished before they run out, without needing to be asked.
