Job Description

Responsible for filling and maintaining ice wells for bartenders, restocking beer and liquor as needed, and changing kegs. Bar backs are also responsible for prepping, storing, rotating, and stocking all garnishes for the bartenders. Bar backs should proactively monitor inventory levels and ensure supplies are replenished before they run out, without needing to be asked.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in fine dining hospitality and/or casual dining restaurant

• Maintain cleanliness behind the bar during and after service
