Job Description

Responsible for filling and maintaining ice wells for bartenders, restocking beer and liquor as needed, and changing kegs. Bar backs are also responsible for prepping, storing, rotating, and stocking all garnishes for the bartenders. Bar backs should proactively monitor the bar to ensure supplies are sufficient without needing to be asked, demonstrating constant awareness of what's on hand and what's needed before anything runs out.

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in fine dining hospitality and/or casual dining restaurant
• Ability to handle multiple priorities
• Ability to stand for long periods, lift 50 lbs., and work in confined spaces

• Strong organizational and time management skills, with good judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
• Maintain cleanliness behind the bar during and after service
