Job Description

Responsible for filling and maintaining ice wells for bartenders, restocking beer and liquor as needed, and changing kegs. Bar backs are also responsible for prepping, storing, rotating, and stocking all garnishes for the bartenders. They should have a constant awareness of what's on hand in the bar and what's needed before a bartender runs out of anything or needs to ask for it, without needing to be told or asked.

• Ability to handle multiple priorities
• Ability to stand for long periods, lift 50 lbs., and work in confined spaces

• Organizational and time management skills, with good judgment, problem solving, and decision-making abilities
• Help maintain cleanliness behind bars during and after service
