Job Description

Responsible for filling and maintaining ice wells for bartenders, restocking beer and liquor as needed, as well as changing kegs. Bar backs are also responsible for prepping, storing, rotating, and stocking all garnishes for the bartenders. Bar backs should have a constant awareness of what's on hand in the bar and what's needed BEFORE a bartender runs out of anything and/or needs to ask for it, without needing to be told or asked.
