Job Summary:

Receives all liquor, beer, and wine from the storeroom daily and as needed. Replenishes these beverages throughout the shift.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Retrieves food and beverage items from the kitchen and storerooms and delivers them to the bar.
• Sets up bottles, including 'top shelf' liquor on the back shelf.
• Ensures beer taps are functioning properly.
• Stocks bar snacks, napkins, and other supplies.
• Assists with opening and closing side work.
• Buses tables and maintains cleanliness of the bar area.
• Washes work tables, walls, refrigerators, floors, and sweeps/mops service areas.
• Removes rubbish from all receptacles.
• Prepares and serves beverages as needed to assist the bartender.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
