Job Description

Maintain established bar stock levels by transporting beverages from walk-in coolers to the bar. Prepare requisitions to ensure proper stock levels. Maintain supplies such as ice, glassware, and garnishes. Assist bartenders with setup and service, providing excellent customer service.

Job Functions

• Transport cases of beer, water, liquor, etc., from coolers to the bar and prepare requisitions.
• Maintain ice, glassware, garnishes, and rotate fresh fruit.
• Clean and maintain all bar areas.
• Restock kegs (~50 pounds) in coolers.
• Clean coolers and rotate bottled beer.
• Empty trash bins and transport waste appropriately.
• Fulfill beverage orders from guests and staff.
• Prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks as per recipes, if asked.
• Assist restaurant staff in providing excellent service.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Prior experience preferred.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to stand/walk for the shift duration.
• Ability to lift/maneuver up to 50 pounds regularly.
• Obtain and maintain necessary licenses/certifications.
