Job Summary

Receives all liquor, beer, and wine from the storeroom daily and as needed. Replenishes all beverages in the bar throughout the shift.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

1. Retrieve food items from kitchen and deliver to bar.
2. Retrieve beverage items and garnishes from storerooms and deliver to bar.
3. Set up bottles on the bar, with top-shelf liquor on the back shelf.
4. Ensure beer taps are functioning properly.
5. Stock bar snacks, napkins, and supplies throughout the shift.
6. Assist in opening and closing side work as assigned.
7. Bus tables in the bar area.
8. Maintain cleanliness of the bar and lounge areas; wash tables, walls, refrigerators, and floors under equipment; sweep and mop service areas, including mats.
9. Remove rubbish from all receptacles.
10. Prepare and serve beverages as needed to assist the bartender.
11. Perform other duties as assigned.
