Job Summary

Summary: Receives liquor, beer, and wine from storeroom daily and as needed. Replenishes bar supplies throughout the shift.

Essential Duties:

• Retrieve food and beverage items from kitchen and storerooms and deliver to the bar.
• Set up bottles, ensuring top-shelf liquor is on the back shelf.
• Check that beer taps are functioning properly.
• Stock bar snacks, napkins, and supplies.
• Assist in opening and closing side work.
• Buses tables and maintains cleanliness of bar and lounge areas.
• Ensure rubbish is removed.
• Prepare and serve beverages as needed to assist bartenders.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
