The Bar Back is responsible for supporting the bartender by restocking products to ensure the bar remains fully stocked during events, while following all policies and procedures regarding alcohol dispensing. The employee must maintain excellent attendance and be available to work scheduled events based on business needs.

This role pays an hourly rate of $18.00 and is tip eligible.

This position will remain open until June 27, 2025.

Responsibilities include:

1. Stocking products for the bar, including beverages, alcoholic drinks, icing wells, and moving kegs in and out of coolers, as well as tapping kegs.
2. Drafting beer and pouring wine for guest orders, and running supplies such as fruit, napkins, cups, utensils, and stirrers to bartenders.
3. Ensuring that equipment is operational and clean before events.
4. Maintaining cleanliness of the bar, kitchen, warehouse, and surrounding areas, including sanitation procedures like mopping floors, cleaning mats, and emptying trash cans.
5. Keeping high-profile locations like the 4K TCL Bar and Sky Club clean and orderly.
6. Recognizing visibly intoxicated guests and alerting bartenders accordingly.
7. Adhering to sanitation, health, and safety standards.
8. Demonstrating excellent attendance and ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
9. Communicating effectively with staff and guests in a respectful manner.
10. Possessing valid food handling and alcohol service permits if required by law.
11. Calculating basic math functions related to inventory management.
12. Speaking, reading, and writing in English.
13. Preferred: Experience in high-volume bar settings.
