Base pay range

$4.00/hr - $4.00/hr

Position Responsibilities

• Assist bar staff by maintaining cleanliness and stocking the bar area
• Restock glassware, fruit garnishes, bar mixes, cleaning supplies, napkins, and straws
• Keep ice bins full at all times
• Clean and put away glassware throughout the shift
• Maintain all bottled beer, kegs, liquor, and wine pars during and after shift
• Assist in breakdown of bar area during close
• Support cleanliness and organization of all bar areas and storage
• Assist in bar rotations and inventories
• Perform side work and cleaning duties as assigned
• Follow all safety and sanitation protocols
• Dispose of trash behind the bar during and after shift
• Keep the bar area clean and sanitized at all times
• Perform service steps when interacting with guests
• Maintain performance standards and motivate team through positive role modeling
• Perform additional responsibilities as requested by management

Position Qualifications

• Must be able to stand 100% of the time
• Adhere to restaurant uniform policy
• Report to work as scheduled
• Work in noisy and distracting conditions
• Environmental exposures to heat and cold occasionally
• Transport up to 80 pounds occasionally and 35 pounds regularly
• Reaching, bending, stooping, and wiping are required
• Hands may be immersed in water frequently
