Job summary

Fontainebleau Las Vegas seeks a Banquet Captain to craft exceptional dining experiences for high-energy, luxury events. You will plan, coordinate, and execute banquets, conferences, and meetings while leading and developing banquet staff to uphold the resort’s standards.

The role requires in-depth knowledge of health and safety regulations, Title 26, and strong budgeting and guest relations skills in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 3 years in Banquets and Catering, with at least 1 year in management in a high volume operation.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations and Title 26 requirements.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, lead, and oversee Convention/Banquet events.
• Supervise and train all Banquet Members.
• Train, coach, develop, mentor, and inspire Members.
• Ensure all Members follow customer service standards.
