Steamboat Ski and Resort Corporation is seeking a Hotel Banquets Manager with at least three years of banquet management experience in a four-diamond hotel. Front-of-house experience is required and prior banquet captain/server work is preferred.

You will plan and coordinate daily banquet operations, supervise staff, liaise with Catering and F&B managers, and ensure service excellence while maintaining alcohol and safety policies.

Formación

• Minimum three years of banquet management experience in a hotel setting.
• Front-of-house experience required.
• Experience as banquet captain and server in a 4-Diamond hotel preferred.
• Cash handling experience required; accounting experience desirable.
• Knowledge of Excel; Microsoft Office proficiency.

Responsabilidades

• Plan, supervise, and coordinate daily banquet operations.
• Lead staff meetings and coordinate with Catering and F&B managers.
• Ensure high-quality presentation and service for events.
• Monitor guest counts, billing, and compliance with alcohol policies.
• Manage inventory and supplies for banquets.
