Responsabilités

• Prepare and execute banquet menu items according to recipes, portion standards, and presentation guidelines while maintaining exceptional quality and consistency.
• Complete daily mise en place, station set-up, and advance food preparation to ensure seamless banquet and event service.
• Operate, maintain, and properly clean commercial kitchen equipment while adhering to food safety and sanitation standards.
• Manage product storage, labeling, rotation, and inventory while helping control food costs, minimize waste, and support overall kitchen operations.
