Four Seasons Hotel and Residences New Orleans is seeking a motivated Cook to join our prestigious Banquets culinary team. You will prepare banquet menu items, maintain mise en place, and ensure food quality for luxury events.

Candidates should have 1–2 years of culinary experience, ServSafe certification, and United States work authorization. The role offers a fast-paced environment, collaborative culture, and benefits.

About The Role

Four Seasons Hotel and Private Residences New Orleans is seeking a candidates to join our dynamic Banquets culinary team as a Cook. We are looking for someone with excitement and dedication in serving our guests. Satisfying our guests depends on the united efforts of many, we are most effective when we work together cooperatively, respecting each other’s contribution and importance.

What You'll Do

• Prepare and execute banquet menu items according to recipes, portion standards, and presentation guidelines while maintaining exceptional quality and consistency.
• Complete daily mise en place, station set‑up, and advance food preparation to ensure seamless banquet and event service.
• Operate, maintain, and properly clean commercial kitchen equipment while adhering to food safety and sanitation standards.
• Manage product storage, labeling, rotation, and inventory while helping control food costs, minimize waste, and support overall kitchen operations.

What You Bring

• One to two years’ experience working in culinary preferred
• ServSafe certification required
• Work authorization in the United States

• A fast‑paced, high‑volume culinary environment supporting luxury banquets, catered events, and special functions.
• A physically active role that includes standing, moving throughout the kitchen, and regularly lifting, carrying, pushing, or pulling items weighing up to 70 pounds.
• A collaborative team culture where you will work closely with chefs, culinary professionals, and leadership to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• A flexible schedule that will include mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays based on business needs and event activities.
