Four Seasons Hotel and Residences New Orleans is seeking an On‑Call Banquets server to join our dynamic banquets team. You will deliver exceptional guest service, demonstrate knowledge of food and beverage menu items, and inform guests about preparation methods.

The role requires ServSafe and RSV permits, experience in banquets preferred, and the ability to work harmoniously with others. Competitive salary and employee perks are provided.

Qualifications

• ServSafe and RSV permits required.
• Food and Beverage experience, specifically in banquets, is preferred.
• Ability to work harmoniously with others.

Responsibilities

• Offer pre‑determined menu selections to each table; communicate guest orders to the Banquet Manager or kitchen; ensure orders match the original request.
• Assist in set‑up of linen, china, glass, silver, and accent pieces for each function according to the banquet event order.
• Anticipate guest needs, ascertain satisfaction, and respond urgently and appropriately to guest requests.
• Breakdown, clean and set‑up of tables, buffets, and food stations.
• Comply with Four Seasons’ Category One and Category Two Work Rules and Standards of Conduct as set forth in EmPact.
• Work harmoniously and professionally with co‑workers and supervisors.
