Job summary

Qualifications

• Read and interpret Banquet Event Orders (BEO) to set up spaces.
• Set up and break down function rooms per BEO specs.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of event spaces.
• Report any equipment damage to supervisor

Responsibilities

• Read BEOs and set up function rooms per specs.
• Know locations of all function rooms and setups.
• Set up and break down department functions efficiently.
• Handle banquet equipment with care and maintain storage.
• Assist guests and refer requests beyond scope.
• Maintain cleanliness in function rooms and storage.
• Conduct periodic deep cleaning of the function room area.
• Be physically capable of lifting up to 100 pounds for brief periods.
