Renaissance Birmingham Ross Bridge Golf Resort and Spa is seeking an Event Banquet Concierge to be the central contact during events. You will anticipate needs, coordinate with event teams, and ensure guest satisfaction from start to finish.
The role involves promoting in-house facilities, assisting with BEOs, and supporting setup tasks to deliver memorable experiences across weddings, corporate meetings, and celebrations.
As an Event Banquet Concierge, you’ll be at the heart of our events, helping ensure every detail comes together seamlessly and every guest feels taken care of. You’ll serve as a key point of contact for guests and event teams, anticipating needs, solving problems, and keeping communication flowing throughout each event.
From weddings and celebrations to corporate meetings and special gatherings, you’ll have the opportunity to be part of memorable moments while working alongside our Events, Banquets, and Operations teams.
