Placements24 currently seeks a Banqueting Coordinator to manage diverse events at an East London venue. You will coordinate client requirements, menus, and logistics to deliver flawless banqueting experiences.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in banqueting, event coordination, or hospitality management.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with strong attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and staff.
• Proficiency in MS Office and ideally knowledge of event management software.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple events simultaneously.
• A proactive attitude and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate all banqueting events, from initial inquiry through to post-event follow-up, ensuring client satisfaction.
• Liaise with clients to understand their event requirements, menu preferences, and logistical needs.
• Prepare event proposals, contracts, and BEOs (Banquet Event Orders) accurately and promptly.
• Work closely with the culinary and service teams to ensure successful event execution according to client specifications.
• Manage event timelines, staffing, and setup to guarantee smooth operations on the day of the event.
• Conduct event setup checks and supervise service staff to maintain high standards during functions.
