Sodexo is seeking a Concessions Worker to support high-volume, event-based concessions operations at Hard Rock Stadium. You will prepare, stock, and serve food and beverages in concession locations, focusing on speed, availability, cleanliness, and teamwork during live events.

The role may involve permanent stands, portable locations, kiosks, or mobile units. Experience in concessions or customer service is preferred, with applicable alcohol-service certifications and a valid food handler if

Qualifications

• High School diploma, GED, or equivalent experience preferred.
• Prior concessions, food service, or customer service experience preferred.
• Must meet minimum age requirements to serve alcohol based on local and state regulations.
• Must maintain a valid TIPS, TEAM, or equivalent alcohol-service certification, and comply with all state-specific alcohol training requirements.
• A Food Handler certification may be required based on state or local regulations.

Responsabilités

• Prepare, assemble, and serve concession food and beverage items according to established recipes, portion standards, and concessions procedures.
• Assist with opening and closing concession locations, including setup, breakdown, and cleanup.
• Operate basic food service equipment such as warmers, grills, fryers, or beverage dispensers as assigned.
• Ability to frequently lift and move up to 35 pounds and occasionally lift and move up to 40 pounds.
• Attends work and shows for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity
• Other duties may be assigned and can differ among accounts, depending on business necessities and client requirements.
