Santa Claran is seeking a Banquet Setup Employee to prepare and service event spaces in accordance with BEO guidelines. You will set up, stock beverages and condiments, and ensure areas are clean and ready for guests, collaborating with the F&B team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of full-service banquet setup experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Sets up event areas according to BEO guidelines.
• Prepares beverages and condiments in a sanitary and timely manner.
• Follows proper cleaning techniques as directed by Banquet Coordinator and F&B Manager.
• Alerts Leadership Team to repairs, facilities, or issues.
• Maintains clean and sanitized event areas.
• Handles and maintains equipment used in banquet events.
• Clears and resets event areas in a timely and sanitary fashion.
• Maintains regular, consistent attendance.
