Concord in Arlington, VA is seeking a Banquet Set-Up Associate for on-site, part-time work supporting events. You will prepare banquet spaces, assemble and arrange furnishings, and ensure readiness of all event areas to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

No prior experience required; a passion for service and teamwork is valued. You will move tables, chairs, and equipment, follow BEOs, and help maintain clean, safe spaces throughout events.

Qualifications

• Full mobility and ability to perform continuous movement.
• Lift up to 100 pounds occasionally and up to 50 pounds frequently.
• Strong attention to detail and teamwork.
• Flexibility with scheduling to align with hotel event needs.

Responsibilities

• Set up and break down event space according to Banquet Event Order (BEOs).
• Safely transport tables, chairs, staging areas, dance floors, and partitions.
• Maintain public spaces during events for consistent clean presentation.
• Ensure supplies are available and equipment is properly set up and functioning.
• Track event supplies and equipment, carefully store furnishings when not in use, and promptly report repair or maintenance needs.
