Job summary

Concord Hospitality Enterprises is seeking a Banquet Set-Up Associate to prepare and maintain banquet spaces for events. This role supports high-quality guest experiences through meticulous setup, timely breakdown, and attentive service in a fast-paced hotel environment.

No previous experience required; training is provided. You will work with event teams to ensure spaces are ready, supplies are available, and equipment functions properly, with a focus on teamwork, flexibility, and guest

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift up to 100 pounds occasionally and up to 50 pounds frequently.
• Full mobility and ability to perform continuous movement.
• Strong attention to detail and teamwork skills.
• Flexibility with scheduling to align with hotel event needs.

Responsibilities

• Set up and break down event space according to Banquet Event Orders.
• Ensure guest needs are attended to throughout events.
• Maintain public spaces during events for consistent clean presentation.
• Ensure supplies are available and equipment is properly set up and functioning.
• Track event supplies and equipment, store furnishings when not in use, and promptly report repairs.
