Schulte Hospitality Group is seeking a dynamic Banquet Setup Attendant for The DeSoto Savannah-21311. This full-time role supports event setup, includes coordinating room diagrams, arranging buffets and equipment, and assisting servers to ensure smooth service.

Ideal candidates will have at least a high school diploma and 1 year in a hotel/restaurant serving role, with strong communication and teamwork skills.

Qualifications

• High School education or equivalent required.
• Minimum of one year in a hotel/restaurant serving role.
• Excellent verbal communication and teamwork skills required.

Responsibilities

• Read and execute meeting/dining room diagrams for spaces, indoors and outdoors.
• Complete the physical setup and arrangement of tables, A/V & equipment according to the diagram.
• Assist in setting and breaking buffet tables and bar during and after an event.
• Assist in setting a room with F&B equipment.
• Arrange buffets, stages, and podiums.
• Help servers complete tasks incl. delivering items to bars and setting up beverage stations.
• Maintain cleanliness of all public areas incl. lobbies, parking lots, restrooms; bussing tables as needed.
• Exhibit teamwork and leadership to ensure efficient event setup.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
