Hotel Equities, a multi-award-winning hotel development and hospitality management company, is seeking a dependable, service-oriented Banquet Setup to join our team. In this role you will support hotel operations, delivering exceptional service and helping the team achieve its business goals.

As Banquet Setup, you'll play an important role in supporting hotel operations, delivering exceptional service, and helping our team achieve its operational and business goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred for supervisory roles.
• Hospitality or food and beverage experience preferred; requirements vary by position.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices for the role.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, professional service to guests and respond to requests.
• Prepare, serve, or support food and beverage products to established standards.
• Maintain clean, organized, sanitary work areas.
• Follow food safety and sanitation requirements.
• Monitor supplies and communicate inventory needs.
• Assist with setup, breakdown, stocking, and cleaning of areas.
• Respond to guest concerns and seek management help when needed.
• Collaborate with culinary, restaurant, banquet, and hotel teams.
• Follow POS procedures when applicable.
• Support special events and banquets as assigned.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
